A NEW APPROACH TO THE PROBLEM OF GRAIN IMPINGEMENT IN MODELLING RECRYSTALLIZATION TEXTURE DEVELOPMENT

The recrpstallization texture evolution of an interstitial-free (IF) sheet steel dumngannealing is modellcd by Monte Carlo method. A new approach to the problem ofgraln impingement in modelling the development of recrystallization texture is fullydescri6ed, which is based on detailed site analysis and the introduction of proba6ilityvalue Pij for the tro nsition between dtherently oriented groins. As an illustmtive case.the theory of orlented nucleation and two critical sizes of nuclei are selected to modelthe mechanism of recrystallization texture formation. The results simulated for severalrepresentative texture components are in agreement with the known experiments.

Individual Grain Orientation and Heterogeneous Deformation in Cold-deformed Interstitial-Free Sheet Steel

The cold rolling deformation textural evolution of an interstitial-free (IF) steel sheet is investigated by experiment and simulation. The microstructure of the IF steel is observed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The relationship between the deformation behavior of individual grain and the grain orientation are connected by Taylor factor M. The results show that the grains with higher Taylor factor are deformed slighter than those with lower ones. By considering the heterogeneous deformation, the texture simulation result can be greatly improved.

EBSD Investigation on Oriented Nucleation in IF Steels

The mechanism responsible for the formation of recrystallization texture in cold-rolled Ti bearing interstitial free (IF) steel sheets was investigated using electron back-scatter diffraction (EBSD). In addition, the origin of nuclei with specific orientations was studied. The formation of recrystallization texture was explained by oriented nucleation. Most nuclei have a high misorientation angle of 25-55℃ with the surrounding deformed matrices, but no specific orientation of misorientation axis between the nucleus and the surrounding deformed matrix is observed. The stored energy of deformed grains is in the decreasing order of the {111}<112>, {111}<110>, {112}<110> and {001}<110> orientations. New {111}<110> grains are nucleated within deformed {111}<112> grains and new {111}<112> grains originate in the deformed {111}<110> grains.

IF钢铸坯中夹杂物的分布规律

针对某厂BOF-RH-CC流程生产的IF钢连铸坯,采用金属原位分析、扫描电镜分析和能谱分析等,综合分析铸坯厚度和宽度方向上夹杂物的含量和尺寸的分布以及夹杂物的形貌.结果表明:夹杂物在铸坯宽度方向上分布均匀;头坯夹杂含量明显高于其他坯次;在铸坯厚度方向上,距离内弧20 mm左右处出现一个夹杂物聚集带,此处的夹杂物含量明显高于其它部位;大部分夹杂物的尺寸为0~5 μm,少量夹杂尺寸超过10 μm,且在距离内弧20mm处聚集.

退火温度对Ti-IF钢组织、析出物和织构的影响

借助OM、TEM、XRD和热膨胀等检测方法,研究了退火温度对Ti-IF的组织、析出物和织构的影响。研究表明,随着退火温度的升高,再结晶越完全,同时析出物的数量越少,尺寸越粗大,则阻碍γ织构(〈111〉//ND)发展的作用就越弱,形成γ织构(〈111〉//ND)的取向强度和所占比例就越高,深冲性能就越好。

IF钢非稳态浇铸铸坯洁净度分析

为研究非稳态浇铸对IF钢铸坯洁净的的影响,用钢中气体分析、成分分析、大型夹杂物分析方法对转炉—RH—连铸工艺生产的非稳态浇铸条件下的IF钢铸坯进行取样分析,主要分析头坯、尾坯和换水口坯。结果表明:头坯TO、N、C含量沿拉坯方向呈现上升趋势,Al、Ti正好相反;头坯TO质量分数平均比其他铸坯高0.001 5%以上,氮质量分数高达0.000 5%以上,碳含量超过判定标准;尾坯、换水口坯TO水平最高分别为正常坯水平的1.6倍和2.2倍,氮含量波动范围分别是正常坯水平的1.0~1.3倍和1.5~1.7倍,碳含量波动范围分别从正常坯水平的1.2~2.4倍和1.2~2.1倍,其他成分波动不大;大型夹杂物含量最高的是头坯34.37mg/(10kg),其次是尾坯29.67mg/(10kg),然后是换水口坯、大包停浇坯,而正常坯的大型夹杂物含量基本都在1.24mg/(10kg)以下。

IF钢连铸头坯洁净度研究

应用氧氮成分分析、大样电解分析、扫描电镜分析、能谱分析等分析手段,研究了转炉-RH-连铸生产IF钢头坯洁净度的变化规律,并与正常坯洁净度水平进行对比分析.结果表明:沿拉坯方向头坯T[O]和[N]含量呈明显下降趋势.头坯大型夹杂物含量都明显高于正常坯,并沿拉坯方向总体呈减少趋势,4.4m后大型夹杂物含量接近正常坯水平.铸坯中的大型夹杂物在厚度方向分布不均匀,内弧含量要明显高于外弧含量.头坯中大型夹杂物主要是尺寸为140~300μm和大于300μm两类,分别占总夹杂物质量分数的22.6%和56.8%,此类夹杂物主要来源于结晶器卷渣、中间包卷渣、二次氧化产物以及钢包引流砂.

含铈IF钢中含钛夹杂物的析出行为

通过热力学计算研究了IF钢中含钛夹杂物的形成过程以及铈对钢液中Al2O3夹杂物的变质机理,并采用扫描电镜、能谱仪观察和分析了IF钢和含铈IF钢中的含钛夹杂物.热力学计算和扫描电镜观察结果表明:TiN不能在熔炼温度下形成;在IF钢液凝固的过程中TiN以异质形核的形式生成并长大,生成TiN-Al2O3夹杂物;在含铈IF钢中TiN-Al2O3夹杂物被稀土铈变质为TiN-CeAlO3夹杂物,稀土铈减小了含铈IF钢中含钛复合夹杂物的尺寸.
